Services and assistance that ANROM facilitates for the benefit of its members.

ANROM facilitates obtaining services for the benefit of its members, including by involving specialised institutions. The support covers the following fields:

  • Consultancy in the economic, fiscal and commercial fields
  • Computerisation and the use of computer systems
  • Studies of marketing and feasibility
  • Assistance in substantiating the decisions
  • Expertise and technical assessment
  • Trainings and professional development
  • Legal assistance
  • Support in negotiating the collective labor contracts

How to obtain support

Requests are addressed in writing to the General Secretary, at anrom@anrom.ro, mentioning the company, the field concerned and a short description of the need. Members may also address the regional agency closest to them.

Representation in social dialogue

ANROM appoints, under the law, the representatives who negotiate and sign the collective labor contracts, and participates in the Social Dialogue Committees established at the level of different ministries.
